Translation - English Furthermore, at a true European level, a process is taking place for the revision of the Waste Framework Directive (2005/0281-COD) which provides criteria and a specific mechanism for defining when waste ceases to be waste (art 11 – End of Waste) for those materials, derived from waste, for which recovery is certain and use in full environmental compliance is guaranteed.
