Das CELLROLL System ist ein kompaktes Rollsystem für die Kultivierung von adhärenten Zellen und Zellen in Suspension. Das System eignet sich für Zelluntersuchungen und die Kultivierung von Zellen ebenso wie für die Produktion zellulärer Produkte, wie Antikörper und rekombinanter Proteine, im Forschungs- oder Labormaßstab.
Zur Herstellung der optimalen Bedingungen für das Zellwachstum ist das CELLROLL mit motorgetriebenen kugelgelagerten Rollen ausgestattet, die Bewegungen ganz allmählich und reibungslos umsetzen. Dadurch werden zellschädigende Erschütterungen und Scherkräfte vermieden. Bei der Auswahl des Motors wurde besonders darauf geachtet, dass keine Wärme in den Inkubator übertragen wird. Die Flaschen-Racks sind modular aufgebaut, wobei eine Antriebseinheit bis zu acht Racks oder 16 Roller Bottles steuert. Das CELLROLL wird durch einfaches Einrasten installiert und ist sofort gebrauchsfertig. Das System eignet sich für Roller Bottles mit einem Volumen von 300-400ml. Für eine präzise Kontrolle während der Wachstumsphase lassen sich verschiedene Parameter, wie die Drehrichtung und -bewegung (kontinuierliche Drehung oder Oszillation), der Neigungswinkel der Flaschen, die Geschwindigkeit und die Intervallzyklen, über die Steuereinheit vollständig programmieren. Das Bedienfeld kann außerhalb des CO2-Inkubators installiert werden, wodurch sich Programmänderungen ohne Öffnen der Inkubatortür vornehmen lassen. Das gesamte System ist CO2- und feuchtigkeitsbeständig und wird mit eingebautem Zeitmesser und Alarmsystem geliefert, um auf Probleme aufmerksam zu machen, bevor die Zellen Schaden nehmen. Für den Ausdruck von Protokollen und Dokumentationen steht ein Druckeranschluss zur Verfügung. Im Lieferumfang des vollständigen Systems sind der Antriebsmotor, die Steuereinheit und zwei modulare, stapelbare Racks enthalten. Für verschiedene Zelltypen werden zwei Modelle angeboten, deren Drehgeschwindigkeiten entweder 1-2 U/min oder durch Ausstattung mit einem schnelleren Motor 2-6 U/min betragen. Die Racks können in die meisten CO2-Inkubatoren nebeneinander oder übereinander eingebaut werden.

Sistemul CELLROLL este un sistem rotativ compact, destinat cultivării celulelor aderente şi celulelor în suspensie. Sistemul este adecvat atât pentru cercetările citologice şi cultivarea celulelor, cât şi pentru producţia de produse celulare cum ar fi anticorpii şi proteinele recombinate, la nivel de cercetare sau de laborator.
În scopul realizării condiţiilor optime pentru cultivarea celulelor, CELLROLL este dotat cu role acţionate cu motor, sprijinite pe rulmenţi cu bile, care transmit mişcarea progresiv şi fără frecare. În acest mod sunt prevenite vibraţiile şi forţele de forfecare dăunătoare celulelor. La alegerea motorului s-a acordat o atenţie deosebită prevenirii transmiterii căldurii în incubator. Etajerele cu flacoane sunt construite modular, o unitate de acţionare controlând până la opt etajere sau 16 flacoane rotative. CELLROLL se instalează prin simpla fixare şi blocare a modulelor, devenind imediat funcţional. Sistemul este recomandat pentru flacoane rotative cu un volum de 300-400 ml. În vederea obţinerii unui control exact în faza de creştere a celulelor, prin unitatea de comandă pot fi programaţi integral diverşi parametri, cum ar fi direcţia şi tipul mişcării de rotaţie (rotaţie continuă sau oscilaţie), unghiul de înclinare a flacoanelor şi viteza, durata ciclurilor. Panoul de comandă poate fi instalat în afara incubatorului cu CO2, pentru a permite modificarea programului fără deschiderea uşii incubatorului. Întregul sistem este rezistent la CO2 şi la umiditate şi este livrat cu cronometru şi sistem de alarmă integrate, pentru a atrage atenţia asupra eventualelor probleme, înainte de deteriorarea celulelor. Pentru imprimarea proceselor verbale şi a documentaţiilor aveţi la dispoziţie o conexiune la imprimantă. Sistemul complet cuprinde motorul de acţionare, unitatea de comandă şi două etajere modulare, stivuibile. Pentru diferitele tipuri de celule sunt disponibile două modele de aparatură: varianta cu 1-2 rot/min, respectiv cea cu 2-6 rot/min, dotată cu un motor mai rapid. Etajerele pot fi montate în cele mai multe incubatoare cu CO2, una lângă alta sau suprapuse.
