RELEVANT PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I have been working as an Italian language specialist and translator since 2000, freelance since April 2012.
I spent 8+ years working as an in-house technical translator/language lead/terminologist/MT specialist/SEO specialist in Symantec Ireland, 3 years as an in-house technical translator in Lexmark Ireland and 3 years as a freelance linguistic reviewer for Vivendi Universal Games.

Currently, my end clients include Symantec, HP, McAfee, VMware, CA Technologies, Verisign, EMC Corporation, Apple, Equinix, Amazon, Google, Airbnb and Indeed among others.

My interests and experiences range far and wide and are not limited to information technology and localisation.
I'm especially interested in heritage and tourism. I am an approved tour guide in Dublin, Ireland, and write a blog in Italian about the cultural and literary attractions of this city. I especially enjoy translating content related to tourism, history and heritage.
