Bio
I have over 20 years' experience of freelance translating. My specialities are legal, medical and business translations. I work for agencies, major banks, law firms, telecommunication companies, accountants, among others.I have also translated texts for the EU on education, politics and history, as well as on consumer products such as cigarette lighters and skis.
Tbe larger projects have included a software manual, a book on viniculture, credit reports, due diligence reports, monthly newsletters, a screenplay, a theatre production. among others.
I regularly translate contracts, pleadings, certificates and correspondence.
I have an MA in Slavonic Studies from the University of Vienna, Austria, and a law degree. I also have a distinction in the IoL Diploma in Translation. In my free time I am writing a book on a Russian literary theme.
