I am a freelancer with about 16 years' experience and a master's degree in Economics and Business Administration. I am certified through the Institute of Translation and Interpreting in the UK as a Danish-English translator, and I am certified through the College of Media and Publishing as an English editor and proofreader.

I am equally proficient in UK and US English, and I have regular clients on both sides of the Atlantic. I work mostly with agencies, both large and small, including several of the largest agencies in the world.

Marketing: Presentations, surveys, websites, brochures, catalogues, SEO & SEM, advertisements & promotions, menus, etc.

Law: Contracts & agreements, tenders, legislation, labour market agreements/documentation, legal proceedings, etc.

IT: User manuals, technical documentation, product descriptions, etc.

General business: Insurance, HR, financial documents, etc.

Proofreading/editing: Most subjects and industries. A good portion of my daily work consists of proofreading, editing and quality management.

In addition to this, I have worked with a wide range of subjects, both as a translator and proofreader. This includes the translation of several books on topics as diverse as oriental carpets, internet marketing, coaching, journalism and even a fairy tale.

I also have a couple of years' experience working with search engine optimisation and search engine marketing.
