Por ello, según las mismas fuentes, el pasado viernes la Sala de lo Penal notificó otra providencia a las partes para subsanar el error y comunicar que este asunto está pendiente de señalamiento.
Translation - Italian Come hanno reso noto fonti dell‘Alta Corte, un provvedimento, che segnalava l’indagine di questa questione da parte del Tribunale Penale per il prossimo 12 Aprile, è stato notificato alle parti martedì scorso per errore poichè, secondo la pratica abituale da anni, durante i periodi elettorali non vengono segnalate cause che possano avere conseguenze politiche. Per questo, secondo le stesse fonti, lo scorso venerdì il Tribunale Penale ha notificato un altro provvedimento alle parti per rimediare all’errore e comunicare che questa questione deve ancora essere segnalata.
