Source text - English Above covenants are not intended to prevent stakeholders from exercising general knowledge, experience, skill, and know-how in a manner that is non-competitive, provided stakeholder does not use, disclose, divulge, impart, or communicate information (as hereinafter defined.)
Translation - Arabic ولا يُقصَدُ من بنود الإتفاق المذكورة اعلاه أن تحول دون قيام المساهمين بإظهار المعرفة العامة والخبرة والمهارة والمعرفة الفنية بطريقةٍ غير تنافسيةٍ، شريطة أن لايقوم المساهم باستخدام او كشف او إفشاء او نقل او ايصال المعلومات (وكما هو مُعرّفٌ ادناه).
Translation - English Civilization can be defined as the sum of records that find their expression in the form of ideologies disclosed within all aspects of daily life. They are expressed in the outcome of inherited norms of knowledge that draws a line between the unacceptable and the desirable in what to say and what to do. They also show in all forms of creativity recognized by the people of a community through which the limits of their perception of the bounded and unbounded in the extrasensory cognition can be discovered.
Folklore is taken to be the result of a natural course that goes hand in hand with the course of civilization. It is not designed by a designer but evolved through an intricate course of accumulated living experiences and universal knowledge. These accumulations are continuously scrutinized and purified till they settle into highly valuable artistic formations and extremely peculiar aesthetic values.

Bio
Since my first encounter with English at primary school, I found a strong desire in me to master this language. I finished my preparatory school with a final average that qualified me to go into the College of Engineering and the College of Science. But when I knew that we have a Department for Translation in my hometown Mosul, I made up my mind to join this department convinced that it will help me develop my English and also be a translator.
I enjoyed every moment of my existence at this Department and graduated as the second among 64 graduates, only 0.5 behind the first. I pursued my studies for the MA and majored in legal translation to finish the first among 12 postgraduates.
I was appointed by the government as a translator (2006-2010) at the Deputy Minister's Office at the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. I was responsible for all the correspondence written in English coming in and out of the Office. I also edited and translated formal letters in English and Arabic related to the activities of the Office.
In 2010, I was seconded to the Iraqi Parliament as a professional interpreter/translator to work on rendering official correspondence, letters, programs, etc., and interpreting at high-level meetings involving the Speaker, Deputy Speakers, MPs, and senior officials. In August 2012, I was appointed as permanent staff by the Parliament and it is my current employer.
Freelancing is a major part of my career, as I am regularly outsourced by local and international linguistic service providers as well as local and international institutions including USAID, UNAMI, and the World Bank.
