Source text - English Ten minutes later I was striding down the crowded street with sweat and grime working into my pores. Above my head, laundry hung on poles outside apartment windows. Music poured from boomboxes. Tuk-tuks droned past, open-air taxis that were basically rickshaws bolted to mopeds. Signs said McDonalds, 7-Eleven, Tiger Beer. Everybody else was having a great time. Everybody else was smoking.
Translation - Spanish Diez minutos después bajaba a grandes zancadas por la calle abarrotada, el sudor y la suciedad abriéndose paso por mis poros. Sobre mi cabeza, junto a las ventanas, colgaba ropa recién lavada. Radios portátiles derramaban su música. Los tuk-tuks zumbaban al pasar, una suerte de taxis abiertos, básicamente rickshaws soldados a un ciclomotor. Por todas partes, carteles de McDonalds, 7-Eleven, cerveza Tiger Beer. Todos los demás se estaban divirtiendo. Todos los demás estaban fumando.
