Продавець зобов'язується передати у власність По-купцеві Запчастини: Ущільнюючі елементи FIG5a, FIG5b для газового (LPG) стендеру (заводський номер стендеру: №1034328, 2000 року випуску), виробництва компанії “EМКО ВIТОН Джи.Ем.Би.Ейч”, Німеччина) комплектно, технічні характеристики, склад комплекту, кількість яких, зазначені в Специфікації (Додаток №1, що є невід'-ємною частиною цього Контракту), а також докуме-нти (в тому числі, інструкції та фотодокументи по монтажу і ремонту Ущільнюючих елементів), зазна-чені в цьому Контракті, всі разом іменовані надалі "Товар", а Покупець зобов'язується прийняти і опла-тити його на умовах, зазначених нижче.
Склад комплекту Товару визначається в Специфіка-ції до цього Контракту.

The Seller undertakes responsibility to transfer in prop-erty to the Buyer Spare parts: Seals FIG5a, FIG5b for (LPG) Marine Loading Arm (Manuf. No. 1034328, 2000 (year of production), manufactured by “EMCO WHEATON Gmbh”, Germany) as a complete shipment with technical features, quantity & composition thereto shown in the Specification (Appendix 1, which is an integral part of the present Contract), as well as the documents (including instructions and documentary photographs on installation and maintenance/repair of the Seals) set forth in the Contract), hereinafter together referred to as “the Goods”, while the Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods and pay for it to meet the terms under this Contract.
Shipment composition of the Goods is detailed and stipulated in the Specification to this Contract.
