Nathalie Goujon have worked as in-house lawyer for nearly 30 years,
starting in 1990 in the oil business with Agip S.p.A in Milan, Italy, in the
Contracts and Negotiations Department, involved inter alia in projects in
Angola, with the State Owned Company Sonangol for Deep Offhsore E & P, in
Iraq after the Gulf War for Nassyriah project.
From 1996 to 2001, Ms. Goujon moved into the telecommunication field building
the Legal Department of Telit Mobile Terminals S.p.A in Trieste (Italian
producer of mobile phones involved in Globalstar and Qualcomm Inc consortium to
build a dual mode satellite device). In such Telecom sector, Ms. Goujon gained
solid experience in commercial and international agreements, such as licensing
agreements, distribution agreements, management of the Intellectual Property
Rights for the company from Patents to Trademark and domain names acquisitions.
From 2002 to 2005, Ms. Goujon's joined IDLO, a specialized International
Organization based in Rome that deals with Legal Reforms and training for
emerging countries, as Legal Officer and Trainer in Development Law, i.e, Rules
of Law, Good governance, Judicial Reform, Arbitration and ADR. Founding the
opportunity to go back to energy sector in 2007, she worked as contract specialist for
TOTAL E & P Italia for Tempa Rossa Project in Basilicata, then for (SATORP)
as legal advisor for Jubail Project, and more recently at Subsea7 Paris for
Sonamet as Contract Manager for big EPC Contracts. Finally in 2012 she joined
Technip Italy S.p.A (part of Technip Energies Group) as in- house lawyer to
analyze and negotiate tender documentation proposed by the Clients, such as EPC
Contracts, FEED, Feasibility Study, Consortium Agreement, Memorandum of
Understanding, Ethics and Compliance documentations, General Terms and
conditions for purchase.
While working since more than 30 years as Legal Counsel in various
multinational companies, Nathalie has always exercised her self-training in
English, French and Italian by translating legal documentation occasionally as
free lance translator. She is member of the legal translator for the criminal
court in Rome, Italy since 2017.
