I am a French freelance translator with a
20-year experience in the Oil & Gas industry, covering all the fields from
upstream to downstream (reservoir engineering, geosciences, geology, drilling,
completion, surface operations, process engineering, refining, storage,
chemistry, rotating machines, HSE).

My experience with such demanding technical
fields enables me to handle lots of documents related to HSE
(health-safety-environment), engineering, food industry, agriculture, chemistry and physics, technical manuals (user/maintenance) and general scientific documents.

I have followed a MOOC on energy
transition and renewables, so that I can now offer my services in this field
too, particularly in geothermal, hydrogen, CCS & CCUS.

As a freelance translator, several agencies (and end clients) have been convinced by the quality of my work. As a result, I am part of the translation teams of a luxury car brand and a drilling certification organisation, and the preferred translator of a client working in the agro-business field. Among the most recent projects I have worked on : editing of a manual on methane emissions abatement in the oil & gas industry, editing of pre-studies on rare earth mining, and translation of a new standard related to sustainable development.
