Being enthusiastic about languages from an early age on and having great fascination for other cultures, I focused on languages and inter-cultural competence in my education. Thus, I have not only acquired solid language skills but also gained valuable cultural experience while living abroad in numerous countries.

I have studied history, sociology and political science in undergrad at German and French universities and have concluded my academic career with a master's degree from Leeds University in the course: Conflict, Development & Security.

I've been working as a researcher for several years and currently work in public administration for the European Commission.

During both my academic and political career, I have always worked as a freelance translator and worked on countless projects, involving: legal document translation, academic book and article translation, MTPE translation, grading and preference, editing and proof-reading, audio transcription.
