Sämtliche Versandpapiere sind ordnungsgemäß mit den von uns vorgeschriebenen Angaben zu versehen, insbesondere mit Bestellnummer, Artikel-Identnummer, Ursprungsland des bestellten Artikels, Abmessungen sowie Stückzahl und Gewicht pro Position. Die aus der Nichtbeachtung unserer Versandvorschriften entstehenden Kosten hat der Lieferant zu tragen. Für Stückzahlen, Gewichte und Maße sind, vorbehaltlich eines anderweitigen Nachweises, die bei unserer Eingangskontrolle ermittelten Werte maßgeblich. Soweit nicht schriftlich abweichend vereinbart, erfolgen alle Lieferungen frei Haus. Teillieferungen bedürfen unserer Zustimmung und sind als solche in den Versanddokumenten zu kennzeichnen. Die Lieferungen sind unter Beachtung der allgemeinen Vorschriften über das Transport-und Frachtwesen in angemessener Lieferverpackung zu versenden. Kosten für Transportversicherung und Verpackung trägt der Lieferant. Soweit der Lieferant nach der Verpackungsverordnung verpflichtet ist, die verwendete Verpackung zurückzunehmen, trägt er die Kosten des Rücktransports und der Verwertung.

All shipping documents shall be completed with the data specified by us and must in particular contain the purchase order number, article ID, country of origin of the ordered item, the dimensions as well as the number of units and the weight per item. The costs incurred as a result of failing to comply with our shipping instructions shall be borne by the Supplier. With respect to the number of items, weight and dimensions, the measurements made by incoming goods inspection at our company shall be decisive, unless proof otherwise is furnished. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, all deliveries shall be made free of charge. Partial deliveries require our prior approval and must be indicated as such in the shipping documents. The deliveries shall be dispatched properly and reasonably packaged in accordance with the general instructions of the haulage and shipping industry. The Supplier shall bear all freight insurance and packaging costs. In the event that the German Packaging Directive requires the Supplier to take the used packaging back, the Supplier shall bear the associated shipping and recycling costs.

Source text - German ENDE DER PFLICHTVERSICHERUNG Die Pflichtversicherung endet mit dem Letzten des Kalendermonats, in dem die betriebliche Tätigkeit eingestellt wird oder die berufsrechtliche Berechtigung wegfällt, bzw. in dem erklärt wird, dass die Versicherungsgrenzen nicht (mehr) überschritten werden (Möglichkeit 1, Seite 8).
Bei Meldepflichtverletzung endet sie mit dem Ende des Kalenderjahres, in dem die betriebliche Tätigkeit aufgegeben wird. Die Glaubhaftmachung einer früheren Beendigung ist zulässig.
In den Fällen des „Opting in“ endet die Krankenversicherung mit dem Letzten des Kalendermonats, in dem sich der Versicherte abmeldet, oder – bei Nichtbezahlung der Beiträge innerhalb von drei Monaten ab Fälligkeit – mit Ablauf des dritten Monats.
Bitte beachten Sie Die SVA geht bei Beurteilung der Versicherungspflicht von einer kontinuierlichen Ausübung der Erwerbstätigkeit aus. Unterbrechungen in der Berufsausübung innerhalb eines Kalenderjahres können berücksichtigt werden, wenn eine gesetzliche Interessenvertretung (Kammer) besteht, die Meldungen über die vorübergehende Unterbrechung der freiberuflichen Tätigkeit zulässt.
Translation - English END OF COMPULSORY INSURANCE
Compulsory insurance ends on the last day of the calendar month in which the employment is stopped, or the authorization under employment law no longer applies or in which it is declared that the insurance limit is not (no longer) exceeded (Option 1, Page 8).
If the obligation to register is violated, compulsory insurance ends on the last day of the calendar year in which the employment is renounced. The insured person is entitled to provide evidence demonstrating an earlier termination.
In the even of “opting in”, the health insurance scheme ends on the last day of the calendar month in which the insured person unregisters, or - if the contributions are not paid within three months of being due- upon the end of the third month.
Please note that in assessing whether an insurance obligation exists, the SVA makes the assumption that the employment is performed on a continuous basis. Interruptions in the performance of the employment within any calendar year can be taken into account if a statutory representative body (Chamber) exists which permits registration of a temporary suspension of a freelance employment.
