In May 1998, between 800 and 2000 Dinka people from various parts of Bahr el Ghazal
walked south to Nadianger in Yambio Country in search of food. Due to fighting and two
years of drought, Bahr el Ghazal was experiencing a pre-famine situation while food
security in Yambio was relatively stable. Throughtout 1998, international humanitarian
assistance had focused on the Bahr el Ghazal region but had not been sufficient so there

(က) ဥပဒေ ဆိုသည်မှာ ၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်၊ အနည်းဆုံး အခကြေးငွေ ဥပဒေကို ဆိုသည်။
(ခ) ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း၊ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်း အလုပ်သမား အနည်းဆုံး အခကြေးငွေ စိစစ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းကော်မတီ ဆိုသည်မှာ အမျိုးသား ကော်မတီက ကူးသန်းရောင်းဝယ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း၊ ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်ငန်းနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတို့တွင် လုပ်ကိုင်လျက်ရှိသည့် အလုပပ်သမားများအတွက် အနည်းဆုံး အခကြေးငွေ သတ်မှတ်ရေးနှင့် ပြန်လည်သုံးသပ်ရေးတို့ကို ဆောင်ရွက်ရန် ဖွဲ့စည်းပေးသော အနည်းဆုံးအခကြေးငွေ စိစစ်ရေး လုပ်ငန်းကော်မတီကို ဆိုသည်။

(င) သုံးပွင့်ဆိုင်ကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဆိုသည်မှာ အစိုးရကိုယ်စားလှယ်၊ အလုပ်ရှင်ကိုယ်စားလှယ်နှင့် အလုပ်သမားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်သည့် ကိုယ်စားလှယ်ကို ဆိုသည်။

(a) Law means 2013 Minimum Wage Law.
(b) The Working Committee of Scrutinizing the Minimum Wage of the Workers in Commerce, Production and Services means the working committee of the scrutinizing the minimum wage founded by the National Committee in order to identify and review the minimum wage for the workers working in commerce, production and services.
(c) The Working Committee of Scrutinizing the Minimum Wage of the Workers in Agriculture and Livestock Breeding means the working committee of the scrutinizing the minimum wage founded by the National Committee in order to identify and review the minimum wage for the workers working in agriculture and livestock breeding.
(d) Working Committees means the Working Committee of Scrutinizing the Minimum Wage of the Workers in Commerce, Production and Services, the Working Committee of Scrutinizing the Minimum Wage of the Workers in Agriculture and Livestock Breeding and the other working committee founded and assigned by the National Committee under the sub section (i) of the section 5 of the law.
(e) Tripartite Representation means the representation which consists of government representative, employer representative and employee representative.
