Source text - French Deux tiers de salariés recherchent activement un nouvel emploi ou sont ouverts à cette idée. Mais les employeurs signalent des difficultés permanentes pour trouver les bons profils pour leur organisation.
Comment expliquer cette situation ?
Afin de mieux comprendre ce qui compte pour les salariés quand ils décident de rester à leur poste actuel ou d’en accepter un nouveau, ADP a mené une enquête auprès de salariés et d’employeurs dans 13 pays. Les réponses mettent en lumière un décalage entre la perception des salariés et celle de leurs employeurs concernant des aspects importants tels que le recrutement, la rétention et la gestion des talents, ainsi que la performance d’entreprise.
L’enquête montre que la plupart des salariés sont fiers de leur travail et sont plus fidèles à leur entreprise que se que pensent les employeurs. Mais la mondialisation de l’activité, la politique nationale et internationales, les bénéfices d’entreprise et l’automatisation sapent la confiance des salariés dans leur entreprise et le travail qu’ils effectuent. La croissance constante des multinationales et des effectifs mondiaux a abouti à des pratique d’entreprise plus efficaces et rationalisées, mais elle a également crée une trame pour des politiques RH qui risquent d’être trop générales et impersonnelles pour attirer et fidéliser les meilleurs talents.

Come spiegare questa situazione?
Al fine di capire meglio cos’è importante per i dipendenti quando decidono di mantenere il loro lavoro attuale o di accettarne uno nuovo, ADP ha condotto una ricerca in 13 stati su dipendenti e datori di lavoro. Le risposte evidenziano un divario tra la percezione dei dipendenti e quella dei loro datori di lavoro in merito ad alcuni aspetti importanti quali la selezione, la permanenza e la gestione dei talenti così come l’andamento generale dell’azienda.
La ricerca mostra che la maggior parte dei dipendenti sono fieri del loro lavoro e sono fedeli alla loro azienda più di quanto i loro datori di lavoro pensino. Tuttavia la globalizzazione del lavoro, la politica nazionale e internazionale, gli utili d’azienda e l’automatizzazione minano la fiducia dei dipendenti verso la loro azienda e il lavoro che svolgono. La crescita costante delle multinazionali e dell’organico mondiale ha portato a delle prassi aziendali più efficaci e razionalizzate ma ciò ha anche creato una trama per le politiche delle Risorse Umane che rischiano di essere troppo generiche e impersonali per attrarre e fidelizzare i migliori talenti.

This comes from my previous career
as I worked for 16 years in the advertising area managing multinational clients
and handling the communication of different international brands.
This job let me hardly practice
English and French both written and oral, most of the time relating to
mother-tongue people. As consequence of this, throughout this period, I also developed
a deep knowledge of advertising, communication and marketing vocabulary.
Since two years I have been living
in Paris and this new experience made me improve more and more my French
skills. Living in the city of fashion gives me the opportunity to work for
fashion brands translating different adv materials.
I really love my job of
translator and I always deal with the translations with great care to details,
giving to the translation the same shades of meaning given to the source text. Moreover,
my current clients recognize to me a strong reliability and punctuality.
