1. Miratimin me kusht te Lejes se Ndertimit per objektin: “x", me vendndodhje ne x”, me subject zhvillues shoqerine “X”
2. Harta e Planvendosjes se Strukturave bashkelidhet si pjese perberese e ketij vendimi.
3. Dokumentet e Lejes se Ndertimit i leshohen subjektit zhvillues, per secilen nga fazat e zhvillimit, sipas hartes bashkelidhur ketij vendimi, vetem pas:
a. Miratimit nga Keshilli Kombetar I Argeologjise dhe Keshillit Kombetar I Restaurimeve:
b. Miratimit te vleresimit te ndikimit ne mjedis:
c. Miratimit te aktit per heqjen nga fondi pyjor te pasurive ne pronesi te subjektit zhvillues;
d. Pageses se takses se ndikimit ne infrastrukture, per secilen nga fazat, per llogari te Bashkise.
4. Ngarkohet Agjencia e Zhvillimit te Territorit ne bashkepunim me Ministrine e Zhvillimit Ekonomik, Turizmit, Tregtise dhe Sipermarrjes, per zbatimin e ketij vendimi.

CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR THE OBJECT: “X” LOCATED IN x
In compliance with articles 27 and 28 of Law No: 107/2014, date 31.07.2014 “On Territory Planning and Development”, changed, Decision no: 408, date 13.05.2015 of Council of Ministers “On approval of regulations for territory development”, changed, as well as Decision no: 1097, date 28.12.2015 of Council of Ministers “On defining the composition of National Council of Territory”, and by proposal of company “X”, National Council of Territory,
DECIDED
1. Approval on condition of Construction Permit of object: “X” located in X, developer company “X” shpk
2. Map of Lay-out of the Structures is an integral attachment to this decision.
3. Documents of the Construction Permit will be provided to the developer, on each phase of construction, as per map attached to this decision, only after:
a) Approval of National Council of Archeology and National Council of Restoration;
b) Approval of Environmental Impact Evaluation;
c) Approval of the act of removal from forest fund of the lands in property of developer;
d) Payment of tax on Impact on Infrastructure, for each phase of construction to Municipality
4. Agency of Territory Development is assigned for implementation of this decision in cooperation with Ministry of Economic Development, Tourism, Trade and Entrepreneurship.
5. This decision becomes effective immediately.
