I have worked for 10 years in the mass media sector as a radio
and newspaper journalist, and now for about 9 years I have been working in the language
industry as a translator to help companies expand their client base through
marketing campaigns, press releases, newsletters, and magazines.

As a translator, I provide translation, proofreading and
editing services to a wide range of clients in different sectors to help them
communicate their message globally from English into Portuguese and vice-versa.
Also, I have been working as a language lead crafting Style Guides for specific
translation projects, assessing fellow translators as part of their recruitment
process as well as revising their translations for consistency and accurate use
of field-specific terminology.
