Source text - Russian Прекращение производства по делу произошло в соответствии со ст. 190 строка 2 УПК ввиду отсутствия фактической причины для дальнейшего преследования.
Дополнение: Касательно обвинения в отношении xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxx и неизвестных преступных лиц в легализации преступных доходов, мошенничестве и уклонения от уплаты налогов: согласно решения Высшего Земельного Суда г. Вены от xxxxx (ON 48) изначально нет никакого подозрения в том, что первая обвиняемая совершила заграницей уголовно-наказуемые деяния в отношении чужого имущества и в заключение этому произвела на территории Австрии действия по легализации преступных доходов. Исходя из решения Высшего Земельного Суда г. Вены обвинения в данном направлении являются в итоге предположениями. Просто предположение в уголовном преступлении не может быть отправной точкой для следствия и поэтому производство по делу в отношении всех без исключения обвиняемых и в отношении всех без исключения обвинений согл. Ст. 190 строка 2 УПК было прекращено.
Translation - Italian La chiusura del procedimento giudiziario è avvenuta in ottemperanza all’art. 190, linea 2 del Codice di Procedura Penale tenendo in considerazione l’assenza di fatti per procedere.
In aggiunta: in riferimento all’imputazione nei confronti di xxx, xxx, xxxx e altri soggetti ignoti colpevoli del reato di riciclaggio di denaro, di frode e di evasione fiscale: secondo quanto stabilito dalla sentenza dell’Alta Corte d’Appello di Vienna del xxxx (ON 14), fin dal principio, non sussiste alcun sospetto che la prima imputata abbia compiuto all’estero atti perseguibili in materia penale nei confronti del patrimonio altrui e che abbia commesso sul territorio austriaco atti finalizzati al riciclaggio di denaro. Sulla base della sentenza dell’Alta Corte d’Appello del Tribunale di Vienna le accuse in merito risultano essere, in ultima analisi, delle supposizioni. La semplice supposizione nel reato penale non può essere un punto di partenza per avviare le indagini e, per questi motivi, il procedimento giudiziario nei confronti di tutti gli imputati, nessuno escluso, e in riferimento a tutte le imputazioni, nessuna esclusa, secondo l’articolo 190, riga 2 del Codice di Procedura Penale, è stato chiuso.

This memorandum of understanding (MoU) is signed in Milan on May_2012, by and between:
(1) XXX, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Italy, with registered office in________, to the purposes hereof represented by Mr. xxxxxx, in his capacity as Managing Director;
(hereinafter, the Seller)
and
(2) Ecoenergy Italy PV 1 S.p.A, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Italy, with registered office in Milan, via xxx, tax code and registration number under the Enterprises’ Register of Milan no. xxxx, to the purposes hereof represented by Mr. xxxx, in his capacity as Chairman of the Boards of Directors,
(hereinafter, the Buyer)
(hereinafter the Seller and the Buyer are also individually referred to as the “Party” and jointly as the “Parties”)
WHEREAS
(A) The Seller is the sole quota holder of xxx, a special purpose company incorporated as a limited liability company under the laws of Italy, having its registered office in via xxx, Comune Bari (BA), tax code and registration number under the Enterprises’s Register no. xxx (hereinafter referred to as the “SPC” or the “Company”).
(B) The Seller declares that the SPC is the owner of the photovoltaic plant on ground (the PV Plant), as follows:
xxx, a photovoltaic plant with a power capacity of 958,80 kWp, located in xxxx Region, Province of xxx, municipality of xxx, on a plot of land registered in the competent Register of land property under sheet xxx, parcels 44-120 (the Area); the SPC has signed on ______with the owner of the Area a surface right agreement on the Area (the Area Agreement.
(C) The buyer has expressed interest to purchase the PV system turnkey through the purchase of the entire share of the SPC by the Seller who in turn expressed his interest to sell and to ensure, therefore, that the “buyer after the transaction, become the owner of the entire share capital of the SPC (the “Share Purchase Agreement” or “QPA” or “the transaction”).
(D) For this purpose, the intention of the Buyer is to carry out, at his own expenses, a technical, legal, financial, accounting and tax due diligence examination of the SPC, the Area and the PV Plant, by means of a deep analysis of the project documentation and all other documentation, including all applicable authorizations and permits necessary to, or materially connected to, or concerning the SPC and the construction of the PV Plant and its connection to the grid (all such information and all other documentation will be collectively referred to as the “DD Documentation” and all these activities will be hereinafter referred to as the “Due Diligence”).
(E) In the light of the foregoing, the parties intend with this, exhibit and mutually agree with the terms and conditions of their future definitive agreement that will be formalized in the transaction concerning the PV system before specified.
(F) The parties mutually acknowledge and agree to sign the definitive transaction if and only if, there will be a positive outcome of the due diligence at the time of his completion and/or completion by the terms and conditions that in this MoU will be explicit.
(G) The duration of Due Diligence shall be sixty days (60 days) after the signing of the minutes attesting the delivery of the documentation as above defined (Execution Period). This term is mandatory and cannot be extended.

(B) Il venditore dichiara che l'SPC è proprietario dell'impianto fotovoltaico a terra ("impianto PV"), così come di seguito:
xxx, impianto fotovoltaico con una potenza di 958,80 kWp, locato nella Regione xxx, Provincia di xxx, Comune di xxxx, su un lotto di terreno iscritto nel competente Registro del catasto al foglio N. xxx, particelle 44 -120 ("Area"), la SPC ha sottoscritto in data ______, con il proprietario dell'Area, un contratto di diritto di superficie sull'area ("Contratto di Area");
(C) il cliente ha espresso il suo interesse all’acquisto dell'impianto fotovoltaico chiavi in mano mediante l’acquisto dell’intera quota della SPC da parte del venditore che a sua volta ha espresso il suo interesse a venderla e a far sì, di conseguenza, che il Cliente, dopo la transazione, diventasse proprietario dell'intero capitale sociale della SPC ("Contratto di acquisto delle quote" o "QPA" o "Transazione").
(D) A questo scopo, il cliente intende eseguire, a proprie spese, una Due Diligence tecnica, legale, finanziaria, contabile e fiscale della SPC, dell’area e dell'impianto PV, mediante un un'analisi dettagliata della documentazione relativa al progetto e di tutta la documentazione, comprese tutte le autorizzazioni applicabili e i permessi necessari, o della documentazione relativa, o riguardante, la SPC e la costruzione dell'impianto PV e la sua connessione alla rete (tutte le informazioni e i documenti saranno indicati collettivamente come "Documentazione DD" e tutte queste attività saranno qui di seguito indicate collettivamente come "Due Diligence").
(E) Alla luce di quanto precede, le parti intendono con la presente, rendere noti ed concordare reciprocamente i termini e le condizioni del loro futuro accordo finale che saranno formalizzati nella transazione avente come oggetto l’impianto PV di cui sopra specificato.
(F) Le parti danno reciproco atto e reciproco consenso alla sottoscrizione della transazione finale se, e solo se, la Due Diligence avrà esito positivo al termine del suo completamento e/o al completamento dei termini e le condizioni che nel presente MoU saranno esplicitati.
(G) La durata della Due Diligence è fissata nel termine perentorio e non prorogabile di giorni sessanta (60gg), decorrenti dalla sottoscrizione del verbale di avvenuta consegna della documentazione richiesta come sopra disciplinato e previsto ("Periodo di Esecuzione"). Il termine è obbligatorio e non può essere prorogato.

Passwords are an important aspect of computer security. A poorly chosen password may result in unauthorized access and/or exploitation of company resources. The scope of this policy includes all personnel who are responsible for an account (or any form of access that supports or requires a password) on any system that resides at any xxxxx facility, has access to the xxxxx network, or stores any xxxxx information.
All users, including contractors and vendors with access to xxxxx systems, are responsible for taking the appropriate steps to select and secure their passwords in accordance with the following standards and guidelines.
1.1 Password Creation
All passwords should meet or exceed the following standards and guidelines:
• contain at least 8 alphanumeric characters
• contain both upper and lower case letters
• contain at least one number (for example, 0-9)
• contain at least one special char (!@$..)
• It must not be equal to the previous 3 passwords
• Can’t contain a part of the full name or account name that exceeds 2 chars

Calendula - при травмах, как профилактическое средство от спастических осложнений. Hipericum - при повреждении тканей, богатых нервами. Ruta- главное средство от ушибов, особенно надкостницы, при периоститах и при травмах глаз; Ledum- при колотых ранах; Bellis perennis- при опухолях после ушибов; Symphitum - при травмах, произведённых тупыми предметами, например, при ушибе глаз комком снега или концом зонтика.
