Source text - Arabic حذرت جلسة علمية ضمن فعاليات' المؤتمر الثالث للسكر في الشرق الأوسط' بمعرض الصحة العربي2015 بدبي, من ارتفاع معدلات الإصابة بالسكر في المنطقة العربية حيث أصبح السبب الثالث لوفاة البشر علي مستوي العالم.
وحسب الأرقام التي طرحها المشاركون في الجلسة فهناك حالة وفاة كل6 ثوان بسبب هذا المرض الذي يصيب أكثر من382 مليون مريض كما يتم إنفاق612 مليار دولار سنويا من ميزانيات الدول علي علاج المرض ومضاعفاته.
وعلي مستوي العالم العربي يبلغ عدد المصابين نحو8,36 مليون نسمة ويتوقع الخبراء أن يرتفع عدد المصابين بالمرض بحلول عام2035 إلي68 مليون مريض, مشددين علي ضرورة إتباع نظم علاجية آمنة وفعالة, وتعزيز الحوار بين الطبيب والمريض في المراحل المبكرة من الإصابة كأحد أهم العوامل المساعدة في التعامل مع النوع الثاني من مرض السكر.
Translation - Italian Nel corso dei lavori della Terza Conferenza sul Diabete in Medio Oriente, organizzata nell’ambito della Fiera Arab Health tenutasi a Dubai, è stato segnalato l’allarmante aumento dei casi di diabete nel mondo arabo, considerando anche che questa malattia è la terza causa di morte a livello mondiale.
Secondo i numeri forniti dai partecipanti alla conferenza, ogni 6 secondi una persona muore per questa malattia che colpisce più di 382 milioni di persone, con una spesa sanitaria di 612 milioni di Dollari all’anno per curare sia la malattia stessa che le complicazioni cliniche da essa causate.
Per quanto riguarda il solo mondo arabo, il numero dei malati di diabete raggiunge oggi gli 8,36 milioni e gli esperti prevedono che arriverà a 68 milioni nel 2035, sottolineando l’impellente necessità di terapie sicure ed efficaci e il bisogno di incrementare il dialogo medico-paziente nelle fasi iniziali della malattia, strumento fondamentale per trattare in modo più efficace il diabete di tipo 2.
