Source text - Spanish Como puede notarse en los casos presentados una de las principales tensiones, que da origen a gran parte de los recursos y estrategias desarrollados, es la que se genera entre los requerimientos de minimizar el costo computacional y la obtención de soluciones de calidad. Así, en la construcción de las simulaciones, la búsqueda de calidad en las soluciones constituye un requerimiento fuertemente condicionante para la eficiencia por su alto costo computacional. Ahora, cabe preguntarse qué sería una solución de calidad.
Translation - English As it can be observed in the cases presented, one of the main tensions which gives rise to most of the developed resources and strategies, is the one that originates between the requirements for minimizing the computational cost and obtaining good quality solutions. Thus, in the construction of simulations the search for quality in the solutions constitutes a highly determining requirement for the efficiency due to its high computational cost. However, we should ask what a good quality solution would be.
