هناك لحظات نادرة تستطيع أن تخلع فيها نفسك من مشكلاتك التي تضيق عليك الخناق و تحصرك في رقعة ضيقة هي مصلحتك .. و تنظر إلى روحك كأنك تنظر إليها من فوق دون أن تصعد إلى فوق فعلاً .. وتنظر متأملا متعجباً .. و تتساءل مندهشاً
و لماذا كان كل هذا الاندفاع ..
لماذا كان هذا الحماس و التهوّر على لا شيء ..
و في هذه اللحظات الخاطفة تفيق إلى نفسك .. و تتجلى عليك رؤية واسعة لحياتك و تتسع أمامك شاشة واقعك فتصبح شاشة بانورامية .. سينما سكوب ..
و تسترد قدرتك على الحكم الدقيق العاقل .. تسترد قدرتك على الإمساك بفراملك والسيطرة على حياتك
لأنك ترى ظروفك كلها دفعة واحدة و ترى معها ظروف غيرك و ظروف الدنيا .. فتتضائل مشكلتك و تصبح تافهة .

Translation - English There are rare moments when you can take yourself off from your problems that stifling and staging you in a very tight cloth which is your interest and look for yourself as if you see it from above without actually ascending, looking in thoughtful and amusing way, surprisingly asking:" Why was this rich for? Why were these enthusiasm and recklessness on nothing?" In these short instants, you are aware of yourself, appearing to you a wide vision for your life, a screen of your reality flatted before you until it becomes a panoramic screen, a Cinema Scoop. You will regain your ability to make reasonable and accurate judgements, to curb your brakes and control your life as you see your circumstances all at once comparing with someone's else and the world's, your problems, then, fade away and become trivial.
