In Argentina, he studied Economics and the English Language at the Universidad de Buenos
Aires. Subsequently,
he graduated at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in International
Relations & Economics. Eddie moved
to Israel where he lived for many years, travelled extensively, and managed to
