RESTYLANE is a unique form of stabilized non-animal, hyaluronic acid. 3.1 Consultant shall perform the Research in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and prudent research, accepted scientific practices and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the Research. Translation - English FAW Car Co., Ltd. (FAW Car for short), located at No. 4888, Weishan Road, High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a subsidiary under the control of China FAW Group Corporation and one of the main enterprises developing self-owned brand passenger vehicles affiliated to FAW Group. The Company is mainly engaged in development, manufacturing and sales of passenger vehicles and accessories. It has been holding on to the mission of “Manufacturing top quality vehicles, making driving happier and more comfortable, creating more happiness for staff and promoting the society more harmonious”, and its vision is to achieve top-class brand, become an automobile enterprise with international competitive power.
FAW Car was established at High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Changchun City on June 10, 1997, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 18 of the same year (Stock Code: 000800), it is the first joint-stock listed company in car manufacturing industry of China. By the first quarter of year 2015, the total capital stock of the Company was 1,627.5 million (shares), the registered capital was as much as RMB 1,627.5 million, the amount of total assets was as much as RMB 18,482 million; with the occupied area about 3,030,000 m2, and the construction area about 980,000 m2, staff number as much as 10203; about its annual output, FAW Car produced 430,000 whole cars, 380,000 engines and 5000 gearboxes each year.
