Source text - English This standard provides procedures for determining the solderability and resistance to soldering heat of devices in applications using solder alloys, which are eutectic or near eutectic tin lead (Pb), or lead-free alloys.
The procedures in this standard include the solder bath method and soldering iron method.
The objective of this standard is to ensure that component lead or termination solderability meets the applicable solder joint requirements of IEC 61191-3 and IEC 61191-4. In addition, test methods are provided to ensure that the component body can resist against the heat load to which it is exposed during soldering.
Translation - Russian В настоящем стандарте описаны процедуры определения паяемости и сопротивления устройств теплоте пайки при использовании припоев, являющихся легкоплавкими или почти легкоплавкими сплавами олова со свинцом (Pb) или сплавами, не содержащими свинец.
Процедуры, описанные в настоящем стандарте, включают методы проведения испытаний в ванне с припоем и с применением паяльника.
Целью настоящего стандарта является обеспечение соответствия паяемости вывода или контакта компонента действующим требованиям к соединениям пайкой, изложенным в стандартах МЭК 61191-3 и МЭК 61191-4. Source text - Russian 2.2 ВЫХОДНЫЕ СИГНАЛЫ:
- аналоговые 4-20 мА (Exia если требуется);
- дискретные «сухой контакт» (Exia если требуется);
- дискретные 24VDC (Exia если требуется);
- подключение выходных сигналов 220VAC производится через промежуточное реле.
Предусмотреть 35% запас по количеству подключаемых сигналов для модулей ввода/вывода контроллеров на развитие АСУ ТП.
Для обеспечения безопасной цепи сигнала от оборудования нижнего уровня, использовать активные барьеры искробезопасности. Пассивные барьеры не использовать.
Размещение оборудования среднего уровня выполнить в шкафах Rittal двухстороннего доступа с габаритными размерами: высота 2000 мм, глубина 600 мм, ширина определяется поставщиком АСУ ТП из удобства монтажа и размещения оборудования.
Шкафы укомплектовать монтажными панелями, вентиляторами (где требуется), кабельными каналами, осветительными лампами, дверными конечными выключателями, профилями заземления, и т.д,
Электропитание КТС АСУ ТП осуществляется от источника бесперебойного питания (ИБП) сети 220/380VAC с батареями, обеспечивающими работу KTC АСУ ТП не менее 30 минут в случае выхода из строя внешних источников электроснабжения.
Надежность внешних источников электроснабжения должна соответствовать I категории согласно ПУЭ. Подключение ИБП через АВР.
Мощность ИБП выбирается с запасом 30% от расчетной максимальной нагрузки. ИБП с разделительными трансформаторами, фильтром гармоник входного тока, автоматическим переключением на байпас, сетевой картой для передачи данных в РСУ.

A 35% margin in terms of the quantity of connected signals must be envisaged for input/output modules of controllers for further expansion of the automated process control system.
Active intrinsic safety barriers are to be used to ensure safety of circuits of signals from the lower level equipment. Passive barriers must not be used.
The medium level equipment is to be located in Rittal cabinets accessible from both sides, 2,000mm high and 600mm deep with the width to be determined by the supplier of the automated process control system for easy installation and location of equipment.
Cabinets are to be supplied with wiring panels, fans (where required), cable conduits, illumination lamps, door limit switches, grounding rails, etc.
Hardware of the automated process control system must be powered by a 220/380VAC uninterruptable power supply unit (UPS) with batteries sufficient for a 30-minute operation of the hardware if external power supply units fail.
External power supply units must have reliability of the 1st category as per the Electrical Installation Code. The UPS must be connected through an automatic transfer switch.
The UPS must be chosen with a 30% power margin over the design maximum load. It must be fitted with isolation transformers, input current harmonic filter, automatic bypass switch and a network interface card to transfer data to the distributed control system.
