Source text - English The eventual aim, following completion of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for this project, will be to create a National Assessment Centre which can deliver a robust assessment and qualifications system. To achieve this, consultants will need to deliver the various components of the project, planning the approach to delivery carefully. This will entail ensuring that the Components are planned and delivered in the correct sequence.
Component 1 is the key building block of the project. It is during this phase that Cambridge and the counterpart team from the Ministry of Education will conceive and plan the National Assessment Centre including the details of how the centre will be operationalised. The joint team will need to research the situation carefully to ensure that they are fully aware of the current arrangements. As an international assessment body itself – a practitioner – Cambridge is able to advise on suitable arrangements.

يُعد المكون 1 هو اللّبنة الأساسية للمشروع، حيث تعمل جامعة كامبريدج والفريق المُناظر التابع لوزارة التعليم خلال هذه المرحلة على تصَوّر وتخطيط مركز التقييم الوطني، بما في ذلك تفاصيل كيفية تشغيل المركز. وسيتعَيّن على الفريق المشترَك دراسة الوضع بعناية للتأكد من إدراك أفراده تمامًا للترتيبات الحالية. وباعتبار جامعة كامبريدج هيئة تقييم دولية بحد ذاتها، أي – مُمارس –، فيَسَعُها تقديم الاستشارة حول الترتيبات المناسبة.
