5. Restrizioni e Limitazioni
5.1. Durante il periodo di validità del presente contratto, il "CONTRAENTE MESSICANO" realizzerà la produzione e distribuzione dei prodotti nell’ambito del territorio facendo uso dei privilegi commerciali concessi in licenza nel rispetto di tutte le normative e disposizioni di legge applicabili. Il "CONTRAENTE MESSICANO" agirà come parte indipendente e non in qualità di agente del "CONTRAENTE ESTERO" e realizzerà le proprie attività esclusivamente a sue spese.
I rischi di credito e gli altri rischi associati alle suddette attività saranno esclusivamente a carico del "CONTRAENTE MESSICANO".
5.2. Il "CONTRAENTE ESTERO" non sarà tenuto in alcun modo ad intervenire o a fornire al "CONTRAENTE MESSICANO" assistenza tecnica mediante la prestazione di servizi personali indipendenti, né a fornire conoscenze non brevettabili o informazioni riservate relative a esperienze industriali, commerciali o scientifiche nel corso delle attività di produzione e distribuzione dei prodotti rispetto ai quali si faccia uso dei privilegi commerciali. Il "CONTRAENTE MESSICANO" compirà ogni sforzo per mettere in atto pratiche commerciali efficaci, tali da conservare la buona reputazione dei prodotti e dei privilegi commerciali che li riguardano.

5. Restricciones y limitaciones
5.1. Durante la vigencia del presente contrato, el "CONTRATISTA MEXICANO" llevará a cabo la producción y distribución de mercancías dentro del territorio, haciendo uso de los privilegios comerciales concedidos en licencia, en cumplimiento con todas las normativas y disposiciones de ley aplicables. El "CONTRATISTA MEXICANO" actuará como parte independiente y no en calidad de agente del "CONTRATISTA EXTRANJERO" y, además, correrá con los gastos de sus propias actividades.
Los riesgos de crédito y otros riesgos asociados a dichas actividades serán responsabilidad exclusiva del "CONTRATISTA MEXICANO".
5.2. El "CONTRATISTA EXTRANJERO" no tendrá obligación alguna de intervenir o de proporcionar asistencia técnica al "CONTRATISTA MEXICANO" mediante la prestación de servicios personales independientes, ni de proporcionar conocimientos no patentables o información confidencial relativos a experiencias industriales, comerciales o científicas, durante las actividades de producción y distribución de los productos respecto de los cuales se haga uso de los privilegios comerciales. El "CONTRATISTA MEXICANO" hará todo lo posible por llevar a cabo prácticas comerciales eficientes que permitan preservar la buena reputación de los productos y de los privilegios comerciales que les conciernen.

Source text - English X is a fixed anti-icing system that provides treatment of a bridge, ramp, or other targeted area. It dispenses a liquid anti-icing agent by pumping the chemical through a series of high-pressure spray nozzles, individually controlled by a series of motor-controlled ball or solenoid diaphragm valves.
A remote processing unit activates the motorized pump to bring the system to its operating pressure. An anti-icing chemical is circulated by the pump through an overpressure relief valve back to the storage tank to provide agitation of the solution. The actuation of the spray cycle also provides a 120 VAC signal intended for use by the customer to activate an upstream warning light or message sign to alert motorists of the anti-icing operation in progress. A series of valves are then sequentially opened and closed to dispense the anti-icing chemical.

WE, the Heads of State/Government of the Member States of the
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), on the occasion of the
15th ASEAN Summit in Thailand;
RECALLING Article 14 of the ASEAN Charter on the establishment of an ASEAN human rights body and ASEAN’s commitment to the promotion and protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms;
WELCOMING the entry into force of the Terms of Reference (TOR) on the basis of which the ASEAN Intergovernmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) shall operate;
DO HEREBY:
1. APPLAUD the inauguration of the AICHR as giving concrete expression to the implementation of Article 14 of the ASEAN Charter and ASEAN’s commitment to pursue forward-looking strategies to strengthen regional cooperation on human rights;
2. ENDORSE the implementation of the TOR of the AICHR as prepared by the High Level Panel and formally determined by the ASEAN Foreign Ministers;
3. CONGRATULATE the Representatives to the AICHR on their appointment by ASEAN Member States;
4. EMPHASISE the importance of the AICHR as a historic milestone in ASEAN community-building process, and as a vehicle for progressive social development and justice, the full realisation of human dignity and the attainment of a higher quality of life for ASEAN peoples;
