ENGLISH Born in Madrid, Spain, my family moved soon to the United Kingdom, we lived in Nottingham and Bristol until we moved to Barcelona where I attended Saint Paul's School, a primary British school.
After completion of my European Baccalaureate, I first started Journalism, completing 2 years of a 5-year degree. Moved then to study a 5-year degree in Fine Arts at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and completed a 1-year MA in Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP). Spent one year at the Art Students League in New York. I was granted to study in London, UK, a BA in Scenography / Design for Performance at Central St Martins, London University of the Arts. That lead me to work in Theatre and as a Production Designer for audiovisual productions, advertisements, music, films, and series for more than 10 years. The idea of moving back to Spain starts swirling in my head. As I've always had an interest in languages and literature and worked in theatre, film and the media industry, got into the Audiovisual Translation MA at Roehampton University, involving my working languages.
In May 2011, I moved to Madrid for 4 months to work in-house at 36 Caracteres, a subtitling agency. http://www.36caracteres.net/

I now happily live between the South of Spain and London.

Nací en Madrid y pronto mi familia se trasladó a vivir al Reino Unido. Allí vivimos en Nottingham y Bristol hasta que nos mudamos a Barcelona donde estudié primaria en Saint Paul´s School, un colegio Británico.
Tras completar mi educación secundaria empecé a estudiar la carrera de periodismo, cursé los 2 primeros años y me cambio a estudiar la carrera de Bellas Artes durante 5 años en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Allí también completé 1 año de Master de Capacitación para la Aptitud Pedagógica (CAP). Viví un año en Nueva York estudiando en la Art Students League. Empieza a rondarme la idea de volverme a España... Siempre he tenido interés en los idiomas, la lengua y la literatura, y como trabajo en la industria del cine, media y el teatro, decido cursar el MA de Traducción Audiovisual de la Universidad de Roehampton, allí estudio en los idiomas con los que trabajo.
