Source text - English To Remove the Screw
Extremely high temperatures may be encountered while working in this area of the extruder. When working in this area, always wear heat-resistant clothing and gloves, and protective eye ware. Failure to follow this instruction may result in serious personal injury and/or machine damage.
The screw is very heavy, therefore properly support the weight of the screw during removal. Dropping the screw could cause serious personal injury or damage the screw.
Purge the barrel with appropriate purging material and make sure the extruder is at the correct operating temperature.
a. Remove the bolts and lock washers connecting the removable plate to the stationary plate.
b. Open the gate by swinging the removable plate outward from the stationary plate.
c. Remove the breaker plate. Use a screwdriver if necessary.
d. Insert a metal rod into rear of the reducer as shown in the illustration below. Push until the screw partially emerges from gate end of the barrel. Remove metal rod.
e. Using proper heat protective gear, grab exposed portion of screw and pull straight out from the barrel. Be careful not to drop the screw when it comes completely out of the barrel.
b. Abra o cabeçote girando a flange removível para fora.
c. Remova a placa-filtro. Use uma chave de fendas se necessário.

Source text - English HANDLE FUEL SAFELY
Fuel is highly flammable. Do not refuel your CopperHead Screed while smoking or near open flame or sparks.
Stop engine and let cool for a minimum of two (2) minutes before refueling. Refuel outdoors.
Prevent fires by keeping your machine clean of spilled fuel. Use a funnel to refuel.
WORK IN VENTILATED AREA
Engine exhaust fumes can cause sickness or death. If it is necessary to operate your machine in an enclosed area, remove the exhaust fumes from the area with an exhaust pipe extension
If you do not have an exhaust pipe extension, open the doors and get outside air into the area.
AVOID HIGH-PRESSURE FLUIDS
Escaping fluid under pressure can penetrate the skin and cause serious injury.
Relieve pressure before disconnecting hydraulic or other lines. Tighten all connections before applying pressure.
IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURS, SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. Any fluid injected into the skin must be surgically removed within a few hours or gangrene may result.

Source text - English LASER SYSTEM
The laser control system consists of (2) laser receivers referred to as SSR and an operations control box called CBSSR. This laser control system is designed to operate at distances from 5 to 300 feet from the laser transmitter. If the distance between the laser transmitter and the SSR receiver is less than 5 feet, the receiver may not register a laser strike. At distances greater than 300 feet, the system will still control elevation, but the level of accuracy may decrease.
The SSR receivers will work with most of the standard laser transmitters currently in use by the construction industry. However, the transmitter you select will need to meet certain minimum guidelines in order for the machine to perform at its best. The key things to look for are the rate at which the laser transmitter rotates and the accuracy of the beam itself. (The rotation speed must be a minimum of 600rpm and the beam itself should be accurate to plus-or-minus 1/16 of an inch at 100 feet from the transmitter. )
The laser receivers have a light that indicates when the unit has power as well as visual grade indicators. The receivers are also equipped with an array of optical sensors protected by transparent windows. The optical sensors are divided into individual segments arranged along the vertical axis of the receivers. Whenever the laser reference signal hits one of the optical sensors on a segment that is above or below the correct "strike-point", the grade indicator on the receiver will display an up-arrow or a down-arrow showing whether the screed head is high or low relative to the reference signal. At the same time, the receiver also sends a signal to the Operations Box indicating whether the plow needs to move up or down to remain on grade.
