Source text - English The warm family atmosphere makes it easy for pupils to settle into the school and make long lasting friendships. Each pupil also has a tutor who they meet with regularly and their welfare is monitored to ensure they are happy and working to their full potential. An onsite Medical Centre is also open 24 hours. While the pupils are away from home we are sensitive to what they may be missing at home. We encourage the students to share their cultural traditions with us, so that we can celebrate as a community. Each year we celebrate the Chinese lunar festival and New Year, leave shoes out on St Nicolas’ Eve and, of course, have wonderful birthday parties!

К каждому ученику прикреплен куратор, который регулярно встречается с ребенком, следя за его благосостоянием, и делая всё возможное, чтобы он получал удовольствие от пребывания школе, и учился, полностью реализуя свой потенциал. Наш собственный Медицинский центр открыт 24 часа в сутки. Зная, что наши ученики подолгу оторваны от дома, мы чутко чувствуем, чего именно им может не хватать. Translation - English The present agreement can be altered or cancelled at any time on mutual agreement of the parties. Any alteration or cancellation of the agreement has to be notarised. Refusal to comply with the agreement by one party, or alteration of its conditions by one party are not permitted.

Source text - Russian Памятник установлен в 1932 году к пятнадцатилетию Октябрьской революции. Над созданием трудились архитектор Иосиф Лангбард и скульптор Матвей Манизер (он же создал в Самаре памятники Куйбышеву и Ленину). Манизер впервые в истории советского искусства решился на создание конной многофигурной скульптуры. Среди фигур: комиссар, боец – башкир, крестьянин – партизан, грузчик – татарин в разорванной рубахе, женщина в косынке, матрос и Чапаев на вздыбленном коне с саблей. Образы для памятника были взяты с конкретных участников гражданской войны.
Для создания лица Чапаева Манизеру позировал сын Чапаева, Александр, внешне похожий на отца. Для образа красногвардейца-башкира, поднимающегося с земли, скульптору позировал слушатель Ленинградской военно-медицинской академии и башкирский поэт Гайса Юсупов.
Translation - English The monument was erected in 1932 to commemorate 15th anniversary of October Revolution and was designed by architect Iosif Langbard and sculptor Matvey Manizer (who also created monuments to Valerian Kuybishev and Vladimir Lenin in Samara). Manizer was the first sculptor in the history of the Soviet art who decided to attempt creating a multi-figure equestrian sculpture. Amongst the figures are a commissar, a Bashkir soldier, a partisan peasant, a Tatar soldier in a torn shirt, a female in headscarf, a sailor and Chapaev on horseback with a sabre. Characters of the monument are based on real participants of the civil war.
To help create Chapaev’s facial features Manizer used as a model Chapaev’s son, Alexander, who looked much like his father. To create the character of the Red Army Bashkir soldier, raising from the ground, the sculptor used as a model a student of Leningrad Military Medical Academy and Bashkir poet Gaisa Yusupov.
