1．申请在我行办理远期结售汇业务的客户，首先应与我行签订《人民币外汇交易总协议书》。对于已与我行签订《远期结售汇总协议书》的客户，原协议书继续有效，但在新的远期结售汇业务发生前，需重新签署《人民币外汇交易总协议书》，同时原协议书作废。
2．客户申请在我行办理远期结售汇业务，须逐笔填写《人民币外汇交易业务委托书》。客户委托的远期结售汇金额不得超过预计收付汇金额，交易期限也应符合实际收付汇期限。
3．收到客户委托后，我行按照不同交易期限向客户收取占交易金额一定比例的保证金或落实其他担保措施后即可进行交易。交易成交后，我行向客户出具《人民币外汇交易证实书》。
Translation - English l Procedures of Business Operation
1. To apply for the service of forward foreign exchange settlement and sale, firstly, the Customer shall sign the General Agreements on RMB Foreign exchange Transaction with the Bank. For those Customers who have already signed the General Agreements on Forward Foreign exchange Settlement and Sale with the Bank, the original agreement is still effective. But before the new operation of forward foreign exchange settlement and save, the General Agreements on RMB Foreign exchange Transaction is required to sign; meanwhile the original agreement is canceled.
2. To apply for the service of forward foreign exchange settlement and sale, the Customer must fill in the Commission Letter of RMB Foreign exchange Transaction for each currency. The amount of forward foreign exchange settlement and save commissioned by the Customer shall not exceed the predicted amount of receipt and payment; the transaction term shall also comply with the term of actual receipt and payment
3. After the receipt of the Customer’s commission, the Bank will charge a certain proportion of the transaction amount as the margin, or carry out other guarantee measures. Then the transaction is allowable. After the transaction, the Bank will provide the Customer with Confirmation Letter of RMB Foreign exchange Transaction.
