The process involves:
- Design, construction and renovation of the entire hospital
- Supplying hospitality services such as restaurants (for patients and staff), laundry, telephone switchboard, receiving and transporting patients, security services (Soft Facilities Management Services)
- Premises maintenance (Hard Facilities Management Services)
- Financing the project
The contract duration is 60 years from date of signature, with the possibility of advance cancellation by the Trust (without compensation) at 35, 40 or 50 years.
Business translation particularly commercial, marketing, financial, legal and economic texts, but also technical work, IT, telecommunications and construction texts. Recent work on geography, history and social policy texts too.
Extensive internet research and translation for numerous companies e.g. Accenture plc, BP and ICC Information, as well as individuals and translation agencies.
