Source text - Chinese 本发明合成2、 3-二氰基丙酸乙酯的工艺用来生产农药中间体。本工艺的基本方法是让原料氰乙酸乙酯、多聚甲醛和氰化钠在介质二甲基亚砜中合成2、 3-二氰基丙酸乙酯,合成后,用溶剂二氯甲烷把合成好的2、 3-二氰基丙酸乙酯从介质二甲基亚砜溶液中萃取出来,再经减压脱溶制得粗品,再将粗品经精馏制得精品2、 3-二氰基丙酸乙酯。本工艺是将上述原料和介质在反应釜R1内保持料温在10~30摄氏度,常压下反应约20个小时,反应完毕,将物料转至反应釜R2,加盐酸中和至弱酸性,再用二氯甲垸进行萃取,萃取后的萃取液转移至反应釜R3,加热至摄氏度以下进行减压脱溶,制得粗品,粗品在反应釜R6内作高真空精馏,温度为150~160摄氏度,压力为3亳米汞柱,所得产品纯度大于98%。本工艺优点是收率高,质量好。
Translation - English The inventive process for synthesizing ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate is used for producing the intermediates of agrochemicals. The basic method of the process is: the raw materials, ethyl cyanoacetate, paraformaldehyde and sodium cyanide, are synthesized into ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate in a medium, dimethyl sulfoxide, and then, the ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate synthesized is extracted from the medium, dimethyl sulfoxide, by a solvent, dichloromethane, depressurized and desolventized to obtain the coarse product which is rectified to obtain the refined product, ethyl 2,3-dicyanopropionate. The process is: the raw materials and medium are kept in a reaction kettle R1 at the temperature of 10-30 degrees centigrade to react at a normal pressure for 20 hours or so, then, the resultant materials are transferred to a reaction kettle R2, added with hydrochloric acid to neutralize to be slightly acidic, and extracted by dichloromethane, after which the extraction liquid is transferred to a reaction kettle R3, heated to below 70 degrees centigrade for depressurization and desolventization to obtain the coarse product which is rectified in the state of high vacuum in a reaction kettle R6 at the temperature of 150-160 degrees centigrade and the pressure of 3mmHg, and the purity of the product obtained is above 98%. The process has the advantages of high yield and good quality.

Source text - English Techniques to amplify a specific nucleic acid, such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), are applied in various fields in the biotechnology. In general, the nucleic acid amplification reaction such as the PCR requires a step of checking whether or not the target nucleic acid is specifically amplified. For example, there is a method in which the check is performed by subjecting the reaction liquid used for a nucleic acid amplification reaction such as the PCR to gel electrophoresis by use of a gel of e.g. polyimide and thereafter staining DNA fragments obtained by the PCR amplification.
Furthermore, e.g. the following related-art methods are also used as a method for checking nucleic acid amplification in a nucleic acid amplification reaction: a method of checking amplification by measuring the turbidity of the reaction liquid used for a nucleic acid amplification reaction; a method of using a microarray including a probe specifically coupled to the nucleic acid as the amplification subject; and real-time PCR in which amplification is checked in real time by using a fluorescently labeled probe coupled to a double-stranded DNA or a fluorescently labeled probe specifically coupled to the target PCR product.
