Åtgärden gäller situationer där arbetstagarna som berörs av uppsägningen, under de föregående 90 dagarna, inte är nio eller fler till antalet. I annat fall kan åtgärden anses bedräglig och företaget kan dömas till återanställning samt till betalning av lönen under den tid processen varar. Dess bestridande sker inför arbetsdomstolen.

I am a Swedish citizen who has been living in Seville, Spain since 2000. I translate and proof-read from English and Spanish to Swedish.
As a freelancer, I have worked on projects in a range of fields, such as tourism, law, user manuals, cosmetics, fashion retail, surveys, insurance, non-profit organizations, etc.
After having lived for extensive periods in English-speaking countries (4 years in the U.S. and 2 years in the U.K) and having received the majority of my education in English, I consider myself to have a near native level of English. My background has also allowed me to gain a thorough knowledge of both the U.S. and British cultures and language peculiarities.
As for my level of Spanish, I obtained the DELE Superior certificate (Spanish as a Foreign Language) in 1997 and I have been living and working in Spain since 2000.
While working as a bilingual secretary in the language teaching sector, I regularly translated material related to internal and external communications as well as marketing.
Although I currently live in Spain, I lived and worked in Sweden from 2010-2012. I visit my home country frequently and spend long periods there every year. I also like to read a lot in Swedish, both novels, non-fiction and press, to keep up to date with the language and the culture. I listen to Swedish radio and watch Swedish tv through the internet.
When translating I am thorough and conscientious and I always respect deadlines. I have extensive experience using translation tools and searching for the correct terminology.
