I see no way to stop project notifications for my language pairs.
I tried unchecking and saving and I got:

For more information, contact support@stepes.com
Then added nea pair, and I got:

There seems to be no way to simply uncheck notifications without all other checks carried out, and there seems no way either to delete or disable profile.
I wrote to their support, but no reply.

Assuming that they are contacting you through your profile, go to your profile settings, then to 'Email preferences' and block their IP address (to do so, scroll down to 'Block lists'). | | | Spiros Doikas Local time: 06:06 Member (2002) English to Greek + ... TOPIC STARTER

Does your e-mail provider allow you to mark these mails as spam, and/or does your e-mail program allow you do delete mails from them automatically?
I also have a specific agency that keeps sending me job notifications, but in order to update any of my information (or cancel notifications, or contact them at all) I have to agree to an updated NDA that I don't want to agree to, so I've just given up on getting them to listen, and now I always mark their mails as spam. Since I use Gmail, this will have a detrimental effect on their mails sent to other translators (Gmail "learns" this way), although that is not specifically intended by me. Gmail has since learnt that mails from that agency are spam, so I rarely see the notifications in my inbox anymore. | | | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » stepes.com notification spam Protemos translation business management system | Create your account in minutes, and start working! 3-month trial for agencies, and free for freelancers!
