Hello Colleagues,
Can anyone help me on how to go about Moneybooker registration, for a Nigerian (which I am)?. Your help shall be greatly appreciated.

Above is what came up when I tried again to register there today. that is why I originally posted this topic. Is there still anything I could do?

Moneybookers services work for every country besides: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan. It is their policy not to accept registrations from those countries.
I don't know the exact reasons and I think they differ depending on a particular country but I can suppose that in case of Nigeria it is the high level of fraudulence taking place in your country. Please pardon me, I think you have encountered this problem because Nigeria is within Financial Action Task Force (FATF) list of "Non-Cooperative Countries or Territories" (NCCTs) in respect of money laundry issues.

Note: Not all countries you shall see via the link above are blocked by moneybookers so better to ask moneybookers about the reason, if necessary.
