@Loreta: this might well give us an extra clue: If you can see the whole general ledger's chart of accounts, then where is this item (account, I presume): assets, liabilities, owner's equity, revenue, expenses, gains, and losses. I presume it is under expenses, but chances are it can also be an account receivable.

proveedor = supplier (of course)

ingreso = payment of money into an account

de más = superfluous, excess

So I presume that this means an overpayment to a supplier.

neutral Francois Boye : What is the meaning of 'proveedor ingreso'? //your answer is not what is written by Asker. It seems to me that a word is missing: it's proveedor DE ingreso instead of proveedor ingreso.
