Ná raibh maith agat, to wit: an interesting proposition that belies my half century of perusal of texts with 'ingreso de insumos' from Lat. Am. & Spain https://quintaldoc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/quintal/materiaP...

supplier overpayment
proveedor = supplier (of course)
ingreso = payment of money into an account
de más = superfluous, excess
So I presume that this means an overpayment to a supplier.

"Recording supplier overpayment as credit
Hi,
we've overpaid a supplier & in order to match the transaction on the bank I need to create an overpayment to sit as a credit on the supplier account."

: What is the meaning of 'proveedor ingreso'? //your answer is not what is written by Asker. It seems to me that a word is missing: it's proveedor DE ingreso instead of proveedor ingreso.

ingreso a proveedor // Bear in mind that this is an entry in an electronic accounting system (judging by other question from this asker), so it is abbreviated or "telegraphic", with inessential words omitted, because the number of characters is limited.
