В случае расторжения Договора Подрядчик и Заказчик немедленно приложат усилия, чтобы достигнуть справедливого и разумного финансового урегулирования вопроса об общей сумме, на которую Подрядчик имеет право в связи с фактически выполненной и принятой Заказчиком работой, путем заключения соответствующего соглашения к настоящему Договору. ***Такая сумма должна быть определена на основе разумной взаимосогласованной Сторонами сметы объема выполненной работы в процентном отношении к общему объему работ, подлежащих выполнению согласно условиям Договора.***
Вариант:
This sum shall be determined on the basis of reasonable percentage estimate of the volume of the Works performed against the total volume of the Works to be performed pursuant to the terms of this Contract.

In other words:
I don't think you should omit "взаимосогласованной Сторонами".
"Work" tends to be singular in English, and there's no reason to capitalize it, if not capitalized in the Russian (whereas Стороны is capitalized).
The formulation "was to have been performed" is appropriate because it's not going to be performed; the contract is being cancelled.
It would be nice to figure out a way to get rid of "volume", but I haven't had my coffee yet.
Even in legalese, you might be able to get away with "under the Contract" instead of "pursuant to the terms of"

Thanks, Fred. Except maybe not "scope" when they're talking about a precise percentage of a larger sum. Actually, here I'd be tempted to turn it into "estimate of how much work was performed, as a percentage of..." etc.
