I think you have quoted the above lyric from the following song:

Ek Ho Gaye Hum Aur Tum
Aur ur gaii neende(n) ray
Mastee mein jhoome ray
HammA, HammA

It literally means "I and you have united" and its intended meaning appears "I and you have fallen in love" and the next line says, "we have now lost our sleep" or "we have become sleepless" which perhaps happens when one falls in love with someone :o)
