Arabic term

the letters "Ba' Seen"

Arabic to English Medical Medical: Cardiology pediatric cardiac catheterization report
Once the contrast agent was injected, the report states:
youjad "Ba' Seen" fee mantaqat tahta arrooaweyat wa 'ssoomaymaat

There is BS/BC? in an area below ?? and valvules.

This is the last sentence in the report.
What precedes: The aorta is anterior and to the left, patent arteriosus posterior and to the right (my translation)

I was able to understand all of the abbreviations in this report until this BC/BS? showed up.
I would appreciate any input from people in the field.
With many thanks.

So sorry Can you put more context in Arabic....
sktrans (asker) Oct 7, 2010:
For Targamat: Thank you for your answer. However, these two letters are detached forming an acronym, like the many other acronyms in the text.
For salma 2; Thank you for your answer . Your suggestion does not apply to the organ of concern, the heart (cardiac catheterization)
