Bidding rates: is .085 rounded up to .09?

Some of us are used to charging rates like GBP 65 or 75 or 85 per thousand words. Recent experience with proz.com bidding suggests that when you quote a rate of, say, GBP .085 per word, this automatically gets rounded up to .09. Does this always happen?
