We are considering the candidates who meet the following requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience;
2. Ability to prepare files for translation (recognition)
3. Experience in desing and layout of printing for chain stores;
4. Knowledge of the following programs is required:
- OCR
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Visio
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
5. Knowledge of the following programs is desirable:
- MS Publisher
- FrameMaker
- InterLeaf
- QuickSilver
- PageMaker
- QuarkXPress
- AutoCAD
- DESIGN Other
Please note that you'll be offered to perform a short testing task.

What impresses me here is the long list of skills and applications.
There are the same [attractive] ads inviting programmers, where the candidate must excel in dozens of programming languages, frameworks and development environments. My favorite comment to such an ad, by a seasoned developer, was -- "Hell, boy, we don't talk about a "junior developer" here, but about a full-fledged darn IT Department!"
They don't accept a 3-year portfolio, they want a test.
The idea of spelling checking a job post seems ridiculous to them too.
