Dear all,
We will start at 2 pm from Wenceslas Square.
For latecomers:
If you can only join us later, just send me an SMS or call me and I'll tell you where we can meet.
Depending on the weather, the sightseeing tour will end at about 5:00 pm - early enough for you to go to your hotel and change for the pre-conference powwow, if you like. The rest of us can take another short walk directly to the restaurant.

My flight arrives at 1:00PM on Thursday. If you end up doing something in the late afternoon, I would love to meet you all! If not, I will see you when we meet for the sightseeing tour on Friday!
