Can someone explain where on this website I can post a question about how to translate a difficult term into a certain target language or to ask for feedback on how I have translated it?

Kudoz for me is one of the best resources on Proz. It's a place where you can ask terminology related questions for a specific language pair. Be sure to look over the Kudoz rules carefully as unfortunately many users have, in the past, abused this feature as a "get someone to help me translate something quick for free".

Thank you. Apparently there are many rules and guidelines to follow in simply asking a term-related question.
The help page mentions the general Kudoz help area and the terminology help area.
Is the general help area in the following link, or is it somewhere else?
