Source text - English (...) In all the patients we previously prepare a clinical history and we confirm the anotomicopathological diagnostic. We will take in consideration the location, histology, subtype and degree of differentiation of the primary tumor, its clinical initial stage by the T and the time that has passed since the initial diagnose until the PET/CT scan test. Also we gather the data regarding the clinical symptomatology and the presence of pathological or suspicious findings in the imaging techniques. The imaging diagnostic tests shall be basically thorax radiography, thorax and upper abdomen CT scan and brain MRI. In some clinically suspicious cases we can run other imaging tests such as the bone MRI and scintigraphy.
Translation - Spanish (...) Preparamos con antelación un historial médico para cada paciente y confirmamos el diagnóstico anatomopatológico. Tendremos en cuenta la localización, histología, subtipo y grado de diferenciación del tumor primario, su estado clínico inicial por la TAC y el tiempo transcurrido desde el diagnóstico inicial hasta las tomografías PET/TAC. También recopilamos los datos relacionados con la sintomatología clínica y la presencia de hallazgos patológicos o sospechosos en las técnicas imagenológicas. Las pruebas de diagnóstico por imágenes serán principalmente la radiografía de tórax, TAC de tórax y abdomen superior e imagen por resonancia magnética (IRM) cerebral. En algunos casos clínicamente sospechosos podemos realizar otras pruebas de imagen como la IRM ósea y la gammagrafía.
