Source text - English CLAUSES
FIRST: DEFINITIONS. In this Contract, the following terms shall have the meaning detailed below:
a) Terms such as "in this document", "in the present", "under the present" and other similar compounds of the word "present" shall mean and refer to this Contract in its entirety and not to any specific part or annex thereof; and the references to Articles, Paragraphs, and Annexes refer to Articles, Paragraphs, and Annexes of this Contract.
b) All references to days refer to calendar days unless the text indicates otherwise.
c) The headings will be used only as a reference, in the understanding that they are not intended to limit or restrict the interpretation of the text they precede.
In this Contract, the following terms will be understood in the manner explained below, unless otherwise specified.
a) Contract: The document or legal instrument signed between the authorized representative of the contracting entity and the successful bidder for the provision of services, in which the obligations and rights of both parties are established.
b) Maintenance report: It is the report that fills THE SUPPLIER'S personnel as proof of the maintenance of the workshop equipment, adding comments and recommendations for THE CLIENT.
c) Equipment of THE SUPPLIER: Means all equipment, supplies, tools, personnel, objects of any nature that are required for the purpose of the contracted services.

PRIMERA: DEFINICIONES. En este Contrato, los siguientes términos tendrán el significado que se detalla a continuación:
a) Términos como “en este documento”, “en el presente”, “bajo el presente” y otros compuestos similares de la palabra “presente” significarán y se referirán a este Contrato en su totalidad y no a cualquier parte específica o anexo del mismo; y las referencias a Artículos, Párrafos y Anexos se refieren a Artículos, Párrafos y Anexos del presente Contrato.
b) Toda referencia a días son referencias a días calendarios, a menos que el texto indique lo contrario.
c) Los encabezamientos serán utilizados únicamente como referencias, en el entendido de que los mismos no pretenden limitar o restringir la interpretación del texto a que anteceden.
En este Contrato, los términos que siguen se entenderán de la forma que se explica a continuación, a menos que se especifique lo contrario.
a) Contrato: El documento o instrumento legal suscrito entre el representante autorizado de la entidad contratante y del adjudicatario para la prestación de servicios, en que se fijan las obligaciones y derechos de ambas partes.
b) Reporte de mantenimiento: Es el informe que llena el personal de EL PROVEEDOR como constancia de los mantenimientos de los equipos de taller, agregando comentarios y recomendaciones para EL CLIENTE.
c) Equipos de EL PROVEEDOR: Significa todos los equipos, insumo, herramientas, personal, objetos de cualquier naturaleza que se requieran para el propósito de los servicios contratados.

After returning to Peru, the changes continue and begin to affect him: about violence and explosiveness, he reports that he has up to three complaints of family abuse, the family moves away from him, shows problems with interpersonal and work relationships. Insomnia continues he wakes up easily to small noises, in the street he feels nervous, alert, defensive, he startles with noises and cannot tolerate sirens, alarms, and explosions. Additionally, he complains of a reduction in hearing, predominantly on the left ear. These changes have started to cause problems in the quality of life of the patient.
Translation - Spanish Durante su estancia en Irak luego del primer año comienza a presentar cambios de comportamiento que incluyen irritabilidad, dice ser ahora muy explosivo, violento, empieza a presentar insomnio, nerviosismo y alerta constante. Al regresar a Perú continúan los cambios y empiezan a afectarlo: sobre violencia y explosividad, refiere que tiene hasta tres denuncias por maltrato familiar, la familia se aleja de él, presenta problemas en las relaciones interpersonales y laborales. El insomnio continúa despertándose con facilidad ante ruidos pequeños, en la calle se diente nervioso, alerta, a la defensiva, con los ruidos se sobresalta no tolera las sirenas, alarmas y explosiones. Adicionalmente, se queja de reducción en la audición a predominio de oído izquierdo. Estos cambios empiezan a generar problemas en la calidad de vida del paciente.

Source text - English REFRIGERATION ON WHEELS: THE EVOLUTION
First developed in the late 19th century, commercial mechanical refrigeration gradually found its way into butcher shops, breweries and meat packing companies. It wasn’t until 1938 that refrigeration found itself on the roadways.
Trucking companies realized the potential for hauling perishable commodities. Without a doubt, the market was ready for transport refrigeration. The U.S. Thermo Control Company, known today as Thermo King Corporation, was founded in response to this basic need.
THE FIRST UNIT (1938)
In the summer of 1938, Harry Werner came off the golf course only to get word that he had just lost another load of meat. Joining Werner on the golf course was Joseph A. Numero, a manufacturer of sound systems for movies theaters. Numero responded on an impulse by saying, “We can build a unit for you in 30 days”. This remark propelled Numero into becoming the founder and first president of Thermo King Corporation.
Numero turned to his business associate, Fred Jones, a self-taught mechanical genius who was to become Thermo King’s vice president of engineering. Jones went to work building the initial model from an improvised assortment of components. The result was a heavy, clumsy unit that was mounted underneath the trailer. It was operable, however, and marked the invention of Thermo King’s Model A unit. A year or so later, an improved Model B under-mount unit was developed, soon followed by the Model C.
