Source text - English Valpolicella is the essence of the Italian style wine. Sandro has been instrumental, I think, in bringing up the image of Barolo wines in general.
- Sandro, you make very good wine, but trust me, you should move on to the direction of Cabernet and Merlot. My grandfather normally have his wine for every day, it was Valpolicella, than he had a wine for Christmas and Easter and was in a need of a wine for the sundays.
- I like Raffaele because he is very philosophical. He want to know from the roots. Amarone and Ripasso are special wines. They require grapes that are dried for months, this is expensive. It's a very delightful, indulgent, luxuriant style of wine.
Translation - Spanish El Valpolicella es la esencia del vino italiano. Sandro ha sido clave, en mi opinión, para mejorar la imagen de los vinos Barolo en general.
- Sandro, haces muy buen vino, pero confía en mí, deberías pasarte a la cabernet y a la merlot. Mi abuelo tenía, normalmente, un vino para diario, el Valpolicella, otro vino para Navidad y Pascua y necesitaba uno para los domingos.
- Me gusta Raffaele porque es muy filosófico. Quiere conocer las raíces. El Amarone y el Ripasso son vinos especiales. Requieren uvas que se secan durante meses, y eso es caro. Es un tipo de vino exquisito, indulgente y exuberante.
