I have a Master in Translation from the University of Geneva (Diplôme de Traducteur from ETI – University of Geneva, Switzerland, 1982, Attestation d'Equivalence: August 2010) and a long-standing experience as a translator, localizer and copywriter.

I started as literary translator (I translated several English and French books for major Italian publishers, see below), then moved to Information Technology and localization. I worked extensively on projects of Microsoft, Compaq, HP, Quark, AutoDesk, Lotus, Computer Associates, JDE and several other software and hardware producers. I also substantially worked for: Agfa, Reflex, and other international manufacturers.

Today I work as technical translator, focusing on translation and MTPE of patents (from both English and French into Italian). I also devote some time to LQA assignments.

I can translate approx. 1500-2000 words per day, ensuring high quality and punctuality.

I have a solid experience in many different CAT tools and own a MemoQ 8.5 licence.
