Arias & Muñoz El Salvador actuó como el principal asesor local del Banco Salvadoreño, SA, originador y agente, en la titularización de Derechos Diversificados de Pago con un interés flotante por un total $125 millones.
Dicha titularización se cerró el pasado 26 de Septiembre.
Banco Salvadoreño es el más antiguo y uno de los principales bancos Salvadoreños, el cual fue recientemente adquirido por Grupo Banistmo, S.A., el grupo financiero líder en la región centroamericana. Actualmente, se encuentra en el proceso de ser adquirido por el banco internacional HSBC.
El equipo de Arias & Muñoz estuvo representado por el socio F. Armando Arias y asociado Julio Valdés. Los asesores del Banco Salvadoreño en Estados Unidos fueron Dewey Ballantine LLP, representado por el socio Emil Arca y asociados John Keiserman y Luis Nobrega. Arias & Muñoz El Salvador acted as the lead local legal advisor to Banco Salvadoreño, SA, as originator and servicer, in the securitization of Diversified Payment Rights with a floating rate for a total amount of $125 million. This securitization was closed on September 26th.
Banco Salvadoreño is the oldest Salvadoran bank and one of the largest, who was recently acquired by Grupo Banistmo, S.A., the leading financial group in the Central American region. At the present time, it is in the process of being acquired by the international bank HSBC.
The Arias & Muñoz team was represented by partner F. Armando Arias and associate Julio Valdés. The advisors to Banco Salvadoreño as to US law, were Dewey Ballentine LLP, represented by partner Emil Arca and associates John Keiserman and Luis Nobrega. I am fully bilingual, native Spanish speaker, writer and translator (Spanish-English, English-Spanish- ) with professional experience of more than 14 years translating documents in the following fields: legal, business, immigration, academic, as well as emails, letters, news, articles, etc. I have also worked as a consecutive translator in conversations of different fields.
Born in El Salvador to a bilingual family, I grew speaking Spanish and English natively, and went to High School in California, and to the University of Florida where I majored in Advertising and Marketing. I have over 25 years of experience in communications with an extensive background in translations, writing, editing, marketing and advertising.
Writing and translation are my passion and I have in depth knowledge and experience in Spanish/ English grammar and sentence structure. Always fully attentive to details in order to produce a flawless work. I am focused on client satisfaction and open to feedback in order to deliver quality content in a timely manner.
