Source text - Italian Il Licenziatario sottoscriverà e depositerà i documenti che possano rendersi necessari per reintestare a G. la totalità di tali diritti sui Marchi Licenziati e sui Prodotti Licenziati, a spese di G.
Quanto precede verrà effettuato dal Licenziatario entro il termine di tre mesi a decorrere dalla fine del rapporto contrattuale, dopo il quale G. potrà provvedere direttamente.
Il Licenziatario darà prontamente notizia a G. per iscritto di qualsiasi violazione o possibile violazione o imitazione nel Territorio, delle quali il Licenziatario venga a conoscenza in relazione ai Marchi Licenziati od ai Prodotti Licenziati.
Nella misura del possibile, il Licenziatario fornirà a G. le informazioni disponibili in relazione a tali violazioni o possibili contraffazioni o imitazioni.
G. avrà il diritto esclusivo e l’assoluta discrezione di decidere se e quale azione promuovere in relazione a tali violazioni o imitazioni, salvo in caso di violazione o contraffazione dei Marchi Licenziati o dei Prodotti Licenziati e dei relativi diritti in paesi di primario interesse, o di violazione o contraffazioni importanti in qualunque paese, nel caso G. sarà obbligata ad intraprendere le adeguate procedure, anche giudiziarie, per difendere i propri diritti e porre fine a tali violazioni o contraffazioni.
Solamente G. avrà il diritto di agire nei casi di contraffazione dei Marchi Licenziati o di concorrenza sleale nel Territorio e di iniziare, proseguire, difendere o transigere a proprio nome e a proprie spese, qualsiasi azione o procedimento relativo ai Marchi Licenziati nel Territorio.
G. potrà chiamare in causa il Licenziatario quale parte in qualsiasi di queste azioni o procedimenti, nel quale caso il Licenziatario, se decide di essere rappresentato da un diverso legale, dovrà sopportare le spese del proprio legale e gli altri costi associati alla propria partecipazione in tali azioni o procedimenti.
Il Licenziatario dovrà, a spese di G. (che non includeranno i pagamenti di stipendi o di altre spese generali del Licenziatario o dei suoi dipendenti), dare a G. tutta la cooperazione e l’assistenza ragionevole in tali azioni o procedimenti.
Qualora G., salvo che non si tratti di violazioni rilevanti, decida di non intentare una qualsiasi azione per contraffazione dei Marchi licenziati, il Licenziatario potrà, a propria libera discrezione, promuovere tali azioni a spese esclusive del Licenziatario, convenendosi che, in caso di esito positivo, il Licenziatario abbia il diritto di farsi rimborsare prioritariamente tutti costi e danni sopportati, e a patto che, inoltre, tutte le disposizioni contenute in eventuali accordi stragiudiziali che si riferiscano a, o che comunque riguardino, i Marchi Licenziati o marchi simili o l’uso di questi, siano soggette alla preventiva espressa dichiarazione di consenso per iscritto di G.
Translation - English The Licensee shall execute and deposit records that may be needed to register, of all such rights to G., on Licensed Brands and Licensed Products, G. being responsible of costs.
The foregoing will be made by the Licensee within the period of three months starting from the end of the duration of the contract, after which G. may proceed directly.
The Licensee will promptly report to G. in writing, of any infringement or possible infringements or imitation in the Territory, of which the Licensee becomes aware of in relation to the Licensed Brands or the Licensed Products.
As far as possible, Licensee will provide to G. the available information in relation to such infringements or possible counterfeits or imitations.
G. will have the exclusive right and the absolute discretion to decide whether and what action to file in relation to such infringements or imitations, except in case of infringement or counterfeiting of the Licensed Brands or Licensed Products and related rights in the countries of primary interest, or of important infringement or counterfeiting in any country, G. will be obliged to undertake appropriate infringement procedures, including legal proceedings, to defend her own rights and bring to an end such infringements or counterfeiting.
Only G. shall have the right to take actions in cases of counterfeiting of the Licensed Brands or unfair competition in the Territory and to start, continue, defend or settle in her own name and at her own expenses, any action or proceeding relating to the Licensed Brands in the Territory.
G. is entitled to summon the Licensee as a party, in any such action or proceeding, in which case the Licensee decides to be represented by a different lawyer, must bear the costs of her own lawyer and of other costs associated with her own participation in such actions or proceedings.
The Licensee shall, at the expenses of G. (which do not include payments of salaries or other general costs of the Licensee or its employees), give G. all the cooperation and reasonable assistance in such actions or proceedings.
In case G., unless they are not referred to as significant infringement, decides not to take any action for counterfeiting of the Licensed Brands, Licensee may, at her own discretion, file such actions at Licensee’s sole costs and expenses, agreeing that in the event of a positive outcome, the Licensee should have the right to be reimbursed with priority over all of the costs and damages incurred, providing that, in addition, all provisions contained in any out-of-court agreements which relate to, or however concern the Licensed Brands or similar brands or the use of them, must be subject to prior explicit agreement in writing by G.

Our products, directly grown by us, will be served for breakfast.
Our rooms and mini-accommodations are very pleasant and comfortable, all equipped with TV and wireless access.
We offer our guests a small but well-stocked library where they can find guides for the local area, information services regarding historical-cultural routes as well as food and wine routes, conference/meeting room and videoconferencing, and for our youngest guests, educational farm!

La campanella della scuola media Brustolon del quartiere Parè a Conegliano, richiamò tutti al dovere. Erano le 8,15 e gli ultimi ragazzi davanti all’ingresso, tra spintoni, colpi di zaino, urla e i primi ammiccamenti di un’acerba sessualità, sparirono dietro la grande porta a vetri.
Era sabato mattina e davanti alla scuola restarono solo alcuni capannelli di genitori che si attardavano per chiacchierare o accordarsi per un sabato sera insieme.
Nadia, Paola, Anita e Marina erano quattro amiche affiatate che spesso, di sabato, libere da impegni di lavoro, si ritrovavano al bar Time, di fronte alla scuola, affondando appetitosi croissant nel cappuccino e accompagnandoli con pettegolezzi e commenti al vetriolo.
Si definivano “quattro monelle”. Erano donne del nostro tempo, tra i quarantuno e i quarantasei anni, tutte impegnate in varie attività, chi dipendente e chi autonoma. E tutte erano sposate, con uno o al massimo due figli e avevano dei mariti molto indaffarati, troppo distratti dal lavoro, dagli impegni, dai viaggi d’affari e forse da altre donne. Tutti quanti, comunque, presi dalla frenesia della vita e del guadagno a tutti i costi, quasi che fosse un castello di sabbia, dimentichi che il calore del sole, prima o poi, riporterà tutto allo stato d’inerte mucchio di polvere. Le ragazze amavano vestire bene. Uno sfoggio continuo, finalizzato a coprire mancanze affettive e morali. Un accumulo di soldi, brillanti, abiti firmati, Audi, BMW, smartphone super-multi-funzione, station wagon o SUV, da poter affrontare un trasloco ogni settimana. C’erano più station wagon in circolazione che pacchi da trasportare. Insomma, quattro perfette donne trevigiane.
-Dai, ragazze che ho fame- disse Nadia, la più estroversa e spregiudicata del gruppo, con una lingua che “taglia e cuce”, in grado di fare a fette la malaugurata persona oggetto dei suoi giudizi.

All of them, however, taken from the hustle and bustle of life and of gain at all costs, as if it were a sand castle, forgetting that the sun’s heat, sooner or later, will bring everything back to the state of an inert pile of dust. The girls loved to dress well. A continuous parade, designed to cover emotional and moral failings. An accumulation of money, diamonds, designer clothes, Audi, BMW, super multi-function Smartphone, station wagon or SUV, capable of tackling a house moving every week. Cosa può essere di più conturbante per un artista che di apprendere che in alcune epoche più fortunate c’è stata una cultura retta dai poeti e dai pittori? Pensiamo agli artisti-intellettuali noti con il nome di ‘eruditi’ o di ‘letterati’ (Siren li chiama i ‘gentiluomini-pittori’) e ai loro successori. I poeti – la poesia occupa sempre gli avamposti – fin dai tempi più antichi ci hanno dato i frutti di un pensiero libero, anticonformista, radicato secondo lo spirito del Tao nella natura delle cose. Ma sembra che in Cina la pittura stessa abbia avuto, in questa direzione, a partire dalla lontana epoca delle Sei Dinastie, dei pionieri che sollecitano la nostra attenzione: paesaggi con elementi ordinati in modo fluido, tecnica monocroma che unifica il cosmo. Ricordiamoci soprattutto della grande fioritura prodotta da quei personaggi che tanto ammiriamo, in cui il poeta si confonde con il pittore (pittori che sanno trasformarsi in draghi) e il calligrafo con l’uomo di stato.
