Trados 2011: My memory plug in isn't working

Hi,

I installed the plug in "My Memory" downloaded from SDL website, and today it suddenly stopped working. Does anybody know how to troubleshoot plug ins in Trados 2011?

... is to contact the developer. There is a support tab in the OpenExchange for every app you download. So go back to where you downloaded the app and look for the contact details.

Had a similar problem Jun 22, 2013

One time SDL was started twice (two instances at the same time) and an error message was displayed informing me that one plug-in could not be loaded since used by another application.

SDL deactivates the particular plug-in.

Did you try to activate My Memory again in the project settings?

Happens from time to time Jun 23, 2013

MyMemory goes down from time to time. I've had it installed for about 18 months now, and in that time it's gone down three times. Twice it was only a matter of hours, but once it was for over a day. I got in touch with the developers, and they were very willing to help, but by the time they got back in touch it was working again. If you're worried, I recommend you email the developers.
